Terms of service
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms apply when you install and use Triogo, an app for Shopify stores run by Cristian Florin Maxim, trading as Triogo, London, United Kingdom. By installing Triogo you agree to them. Questions: support@triogo.app.
What Triogo does
Triogo checks your store's content for search, AI search and advertising-rule problems, suggests and writes fixes, and applies the ones you approve. It never changes your store without you pressing a button, and it keeps a backup so changes can be undone.
Your responsibility for your content
You decide what is published in your store. Texts written by the app, including by AI, are suggestions: read them before applying. The claim checks help you spot wording that advertising rules may not allow, but they are not legal advice and cannot catch everything. You remain responsible for what your store says.
No guaranteed results
Google, AI assistants and other services decide how they rank and show stores. Triogo helps you improve your content, but cannot promise positions, traffic or sales.
Plans and billing
Triogo has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, and you can change or cancel them at any time from the app. Monthly allowances (products, photos, questions) start again each month and do not carry over. Prices are shown in the app before you choose a plan; if they change, you will be told before the new price applies.
Fair use
Use Triogo for your own store and within Shopify's terms. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it to write misleading or unlawful content. We may limit or stop access if the service is misused.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Triogo running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of services it depends on. Features may change as the app improves.
Liability
Triogo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Triogo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Triogo at any time by uninstalling it. What happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
